  • Your breath and body are barometers that let you know when you are in or out of balance in your life. Learn the tools of breath and body awareness to relax your mind and release stress from the body.

  • Understand Your Feelings & Release Emotions
  • Understand what your body’s feelings and symptoms/illness are telling you (pain, fatigue, thyroid issues, weight, autoimmune disorders, other illnesses) so you can make necesssary changes to heal. Learn healthy ways to acknowledge, feel, and release your emotions…as holding onto them can create negative symptoms and illness in your body. You will learn the basics of mind-body healing philosophy in this lesson.

Part 3 (May)

  • Discover & Shift Your Limiting Beliefs
  • The fears and beliefs we hold about ourselves, health, love, money, work, play, and spirituality impact how we act every day, and what we attract into our lives. Most of the time we are not aware of the beliefs that are holding us back from having what we desire. Discover your limiting belief systems (from this life, past life, ancestors) and learn tools to shift them, so you can heal & co-create the abundant life you long for.

  • Connect with Your Power & “Something Bigger”
  • Most of us had our power taken away as children,and still haven’t fully taken it back. Not having a deep connection to “Something Bigger” (Universe, God, Nature, etc.) can cause you to feel anxious, depressed, helpless, alone, and can also create a lot of stress, and even illness.
