The retreat I did with Tanya awakened me to the awareness of who I truly am. By looking at my past experiences as a child, growing up in the family I did, I also saw how I lost my authentic self. Tanya provided a trusting, compassionate container to allow full expression to occur, without judgment. Many shifts occurred for me during this retreat. I dealt with grief around my son to a depth that I didn’t know was still deep within me, which was affecting my ability to move forward. The container and healing practices Tanya provided gave me the safety and acceptance that I needed to let it go. This experience was so enlightening for me. It propelled me forward much more quickly on my healing journey. I also made great connections with the other participants. Back at home, I am easily implementing the tools that were recommended during the retreat, and am starting to make immediate changes in my life. I highly recommend a retreat with Tanya, and I look forward to doing another one next year!
