Celebrate YOU!

Tanya Penny Intuitive Illness & Trauma Guide


If you are like most of us you probably focus more on what you don’t get done or what you should have done when it comes to the end of your day. Whether it be with family tasks, work, health/exercise, etc, I bet you tend to beat up on yourself for what you didn’t do.

I say it is time we end our day by celebrating what we did do or accomplish whether it be big or small.

  • Write down at least 3 things that you did today that you are proud of or accomplished today (big or small)
  • Tell someone else (spouse, friend, family, etc.)
  • Do this each evening/bedtime
