Does a certain person or situation continue to “push your buttons”?
Do you find yourself in the same bothersome or negative situations again and again and wonder why?
Do you react defensively, get angry, or anxious when you are with certain people?
Why are we being triggered again? When we become triggered it is actually a sign or “red flag” that there is an unresolved issue or wound from our past that we need to address or look at in order to heal and grow. We wouldn’t be triggered by that person or situation if we didn’t have an issue or wound related to it.
