Watch this video to learn a simple process that will help you to quickly and easily move through feeling scattered or stuck so you can get clarity on what you need to do next or find a solution to a problem.

The Process:

  • Stop what you are doing and find a quiet place to sit or lye down
  • Close your eyes
  • Do 10 rounds of breath awareness
  • Ask the question(s): What do I need to do next or What is the solution to problem X
  • Listen, breathe, wait if necessary

*Remember that the answer(s) or solution(s) can be blocked by fear OR it is not time to get the answer. Be accepting and patient. 🙂
