Tools to Feel & Release Your Emotions:
- Emotion Awareness: Take some time to reflect on the following questions: What is your relationship with emotions? Which emotions are you comfortable feeling and expressing? Which ones are difficult for you to acknowledge and feel? Which emotions do you tend to stuff and how (food, alcohol, shopping, smoking, doing/stay busy)?
- Look up your symptoms/illness in “Heal Your Body” BOOK (or download the app by Louise Hay) to get clues on what emotion(s) you may be stuffing.
- Journal to Your Emotion(s): Write down the emotion you are feeling and then close your eyes and silently ask it “Why are you here? What message are you bringing me? What do you want/need? Listen & then write down the information you hear/feel.
- Try this guided T.M.P. practice until July 31st to acknowledge, feel, and release your emotions (NEVER use while driving. Do lying down, eyes closed)
