Most of our beliefs are self-limiting or negative, we are unaware of, AND come from our family, culture, religion, and peers. They are usually NOT true. You attract what you believe about your self and the other 6 areas of your life- health, spirit, passions, purpose, money, and relationships. Our beliefs also cause us to take actions (or not) every day and create the emotions you experience. If you are not 100% happy in one or more area of your life then you will want to take time to discover what belief(s) are holding you back from abundance in that area(s) and then learn the tools to shift them.

Connecting with, trusting and following guidance from your something bigger is essential to heal & receive more in all areas of your life. Not doing so will cause anxiety, depression, anger, illness, and even hold you back from fully living your purpose or more receiving money with ease.

Tips, Tools, & Resources:

  • Carve out time to reflect on the self-limiting or negative beliefs you hold about your self, health, spirituality, passions, purpose, money, and relationships/love. Download this document to support you with the process.
  • Continue to journal daily, with compassion & curiosity, on your thoughts and beliefs to see what you uncover.
  • Take time each morning to pray/speak to your “Something Bigger”. Writing it down may be helpful too. Share your fears, dreams, and ask for guidance & support.
  • Listen to the guided T.M.P. practice to shift your beliefs, trust your guidance & heal

    Guided T.M.P. Practice Guidelines: Listen in a quiet space (if possible, or a loud airport/airplane works too), NEVER listen while driving, do lying down or seated in a comfortable position with eyes closed, cover with a light blanket, perhaps use an eye pillow. You can’t do it wrong and okay if you fall asleep or don’t hear a word (actually works even better sometimes). Use in AM to get motivated, clarity, or release an negative symptom, afternoon nap for healing or re-charge, after work to release stress & have more energy, bedtime to improve sleep & connect with your guidance.

Disconnection from self (and spirit) is one of the top causes of anxiety, depression, weight, pain, illness and disease. Dis-ease with self = disease of body. Learning to connect and accept all parts of you is essential to heal mind, body, spirit & co-create your abundant life of peace, passion and purpose. This is not always easy as we get too busy and caught up in all the things we “should” do. We continue on this path until illness knocks on our door- perhaps acute or chronic, emotional and/or physical. Connecting with and using your breath is a powerful and easy tool to use anytime, anywhere to support you to connect with yourself, release stress, and feel more peaceful & happy. I learned the hard way that it is important to slow down, listen to my body and feel my emotions daily. When you are dis-connected from self, stuffing your emotions, and out of alignment in one or more areas of your life, your body will let you know. It will begin by knocking softly…and if you don’t listen, more and more loudly with negative symptoms (pain, weight, fatigue, insomnia) and eventually full blown illness (Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, etc.). Connect & Listen to Your Body!

Our body is a feedback mechanism letting us know if we are in or out of balance in our life. It gives us symptoms such as pain, insomnia, weight, fatigue, and for some of us chronic illness and disease. Shine the Light on Your Beliefs

What is the #1 thing that holds you back from creating what you truly want in your life? Healing an illness or losing weight (for good). Finding your soul partner, love of your life. I Fell Off The Wagon…Again!

I recently realized I “fell off the wagon” again with one of my old favorite unhealthy patterns of thinking I am superwoman and pushing myself to do too much and then burning out. Ugh! The good new is that because I have the awareness and tools I got out pretty fast, much faster than in the past. I wanted to share this with you to remind you to let go of your superwoman and take it easy on yourself. Also to not beat yourself up when you fall off the wagon (and you will) because you are human. This is why I am devoted to coaching women who struggle with this pattern…because I know it so well AND know how to shift out of it.
