Sleep Guided Therapeutic Meditation Practice
Instructions: If you’re never tried meditation before, that’s totally okay – I will walk you through what to do. Lie in the position you normally do to sleep. Listen at a low volume level as you fall asleep – most like to use headphone(s), but it’s okay to listen without them too (I sleep on my side and listen with one earbud). It’s okay if you fall asleep and don’t hear a word – that’s actually the point. 😉 If you are still awake at the end, hit play and listen again. If you wake at night or too early, listen again to fall back to sleep. The more you use it (and consistently), the better it will work for you.
