Perhaps you love AND hate this time of year?
The joy, the yummy food, the parties, the family & friends, the cookies, the gifts, the pressures, the memories, the anticipation, the overwhelm, the eating too much, the sickness, the excitement, the crashes, the possibilities, the disappointments, the feeling of loneliness, the feeling of belonging, the feeling of not enough time… the feeling of not enough, period.
And your body and health? Maybe you always get sick this time of year. Or you get headaches. You have more tummy troubles, your fatigue pulls you down, you gain weight, your pain or other negative symptoms flare up.

You’ll receive 60 minutes of audio on the month’s Key– these lessons include wisdom plus simple tools you can incorporate into your daily routine. You can listen when it works for you – when you cook, as you drive, while going for a walk, or when you’re cleaning or taking a bath.
Download the relaxing guided therapeutic meditation practices- a simple yet powerful tool. For each retreat Key, receive a 15 minute practice (listen to in the morning, midday, after work or before a party- to recharge and release stress) and a 30 minute practice (great at bedtime or for weekend naps). They will support you to have more energy, shift limiting beliefs, and plant the seeds for what you desire.
Download the self-healing processes- another simple yet powerful tool. For each retreat Key, receive a 10-15 minute process that supports you to go deeper into healing past wounds, releasing stuffed emotions and limiting beliefs. You can listen whenever you feel triggered or guided to do so.
You’ll send me (1) private email each month (November – February) – with your questions, health concerns, other life struggles, and your progress. I will then record and email you a 5-10 minute audio MP3 with personalized guidance to support you to move forward.
During our (2) 90 minute live virtual monthly gatherings (via Zoom – web or phone), I’ll answer any questions that come up for you, and help you apply the Keys to specific challenges and situations in your life (health, relationships, money, career, etc.). All classes will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live, you can email me your questions and then download and listen when it works for you – when you cook, as you drive, while going for a walk, or when you’re cleaning or taking a bath.

I'm beyond grateful that my pain has substantially improved...
When I signed up to work with Tanya, I had many goals, one was to lower my back pain. Along the way, I've addressed other past issues that I thought I had talked about enough. It has been a mind-blowing experience to see and feel the difference after working with Tanya for only 2 months. My level of anxiety went from extremely high to almost non-existent.
