We also learned that there is not time for play or hobbies until all the work is done. And the work is almost never done.
Do you know your life’s purpose? Are you doing/being it? Your purpose is not only what you do for work/career. It is who you are, what you are good at, like to do, can’t help but do and be. Many of us learned to stuff our gifts and talents so we would be liked, to avoid being criticized, to belong.

Depression, excess weight, and fatigue were all clues I needed to play more and work less, to do something more fulfilling, more fully live my purpose on the planet… but I didn’t listen until Multiple Sclerosis knocked at my door.
It hasn’t been a fast or easy journey, but doing so has been Key to healing my body, and to feeling happy, fulfilled.
