Happy 2012! We are at a time of reflecting on our resolutions and goals for the new year! The fact is most of us do really well taking positive steps/actions towards reaching our goals at first but in a few weeks or months find that we have “fallen off the wagon”…and then we start to judge, criticize, and berate ourselves, and feel like a failure. again.
Truth-If we really accepted and loved ourselves we would naturally take the actions/steps that would bring us postive lasting changes in all areas of our lives.
