December’s Topic: Stop Stuffing
In this month’s 60-minute call, we’ll talk about addictions– over-eating or drinking, spending too much, “Busy Bee” syndrome, and how they are all connected to Key #8 – Love & Relationships.
I’ll also share why its important to have compassion for yourself and some ways you can begin healing your stuffing pattern. I answer a few questions at the end, and you’ll also receive an easy to use guided therapeutic meditation practice to support you to heal your addiction.
This class is free and open to the public. You’ll get a taste of the 10 Keys I teach, working with me, and gain some simple yet powerful tools to heal the root of your stuffing pattern.
