In this month’s 45-minute call, we’ll talk about the connection between Key #6 – Nurture Your Body – and how it can cause Fatigue when you don’t. We’ll also talk about how to listen to what your body needs to heal, and two other necessary keys that need to be addressed to get your groove back. There will be 15 minutes or so for questions at the end, and you will also receive an easy to use guided meditation practice so you can feel more rested, energized and alive.
This class is free and open to the public. You’ll get a taste of the 10 Keys I teach, working with me, and gain some simple yet powerful tools to heal the root of your fatigue.
