Trust Your Self & Heal Your Body
I have found that one of the essential keys to healing (weight, stress, and chronic illness) is learning to trust yourself. Most of us have learned not to trust ourselves for lots and lots of reasons. TRUTH: We are the only ones who know what is right for us. AND not trusting and listening to ourselves can cause problems on all areas of our life (health, relationships, purpose/work).
FEAR of losing love and approval (falling into the pattern of people pleasing) is one of the biggie’s that keeps us from listening to and following our inner guidance. We fear that our parents, friends, or spouses will disapprove or criticize our choices… and even reject or leave us.
