The truth is that I fell off the life balance wagon again last week and was suffering for it yesterday (fatigue, weakness, crying, etc.). I know what you may be thinking “How does someone who teaches this stuff for a living fall off the wagon”?! EASILY! I am human and I am deeply conditioned to DO, DO, DO! Plus I love my work so that can be a sexy excuse to over do-it. 🙂
So May is all about life-balance. I believe that life balance is one of the keys to having a healthy, vibrant body, and living a passionate life.
