Disconnection from self (and spirit) is one of the top causes of anxiety, depression, weight, pain, illness and disease. Dis-ease with self = disease of body.
Learning to connect and accept all parts of you is essential to heal mind, body, spirit & co-create your abundant life of peace, passion and purpose. This is not always easy as we get too busy and caught up in all the things we “should” do. We continue on this path until illness knocks on our door- perhaps acute or chronic, emotional and/or physical.
Connecting with and using your breath is a powerful and easy tool to use anytime, anywhere to support you to connect with yourself, release stress, and feel more peaceful & happy.
I learned the hard way that it is important to slow down, listen to my body and feel my emotions daily. When you are dis-connected from self, stuffing your emotions, and out of alignment in one or more areas of your life, your body will let you know. It will begin by knocking softly…and if you don’t listen, more and more loudly with negative symptoms (pain, weight, fatigue, insomnia) and eventually full blown illness (Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, etc.).

Tips, Tools, & Resources:
- Practice stopping, closing your eyes and breathing several times a day- create an event or alarm in your calendar to remind you.
- When you are feeling anxious, sad, overwhelmed, angry, or guilty…feel and breathe out this “negative” emotion and breathe in a “positive” emotion.
- Take time to journal your feelings and emotions daily.
- Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice daily to connect, listen, feel, & release.
- Look up your body symptoms/feelings for clues to where you are out of balance in this Book.
