Move From Fear To Action
When doubt and fear creep in (and they always do) how do you move through them so you can follow your heart and do the “thing” that you know you want to accomplish (whether it be business or personal life goals or visions)?
This video will give you an easy coaching exercise to help you move through that fear and doubt and towards your heart’s desires, goals, and visions that you know you want to create so you can live your passionate life!
The Fear to Action Process:
- Write down what you are afraid of doing
- Write down the fear (or doubt) belief/thought and an opposite
- Hold/repeat the negative/limiting belief first, and then affirm the opposite (do this several times, moving back and forth between them), then hold both
- Write down one small action step you can take to move towards your desire/goal
- Tell someone what you are going to do and the date you will do it by
- DO IT! YAY!
