We all need practice planting the positive seeds of truth, as we have been conditioned to focus on the negative for way too long.

You’ll receive a daily email with a positive affirmation for the day to support you to connect with & accept you, listen to your body, and to receive more love and abundance in all forms (these quotes correspond with my Connect with The Divine You ~ Daily Self-Connection Journal).

Start your Monday off with a positive vibe that will carry you throughout the week! What we focus on we attract + the positive energy of a group sparks even more power to receive what we desire in ALL areas of our life.

We will meet every Monday @ 10am Pacific via Zoom – attend via phone or video (Find Your Timezone).

I channel a message for the week, provide write & reflect prompts, take you through a mini-practice to connect with all parts of you & receive guidance, pick an essential oil & card to support us for the week (Goddess, Fairy, etc.). This gathering is ~30 minutes.

Can’t attend live? You’ll receive the replay within a few hours after we end, and have access to this replay on your membership site until the next week’s gathering is available. Lots of people like re-listening every morning before they start their day.

We ALL need to practice acknowledging and celebrating our wins…no matter how big or small. You’ll receive an email and/or FB post in our private group every Saturday to remind you to acknowledge & celebrate your weekly progress.

We will then meet for a live virtual group gathering, usually the last Wednesday of every month @ 4pm Pacific. The next live gathering is September 28 (Find Your Timezone).

Let’s end the month celebrating our progress together! We ALL need to practice “tooting” our own horns & having others celebrate us too. I’ll then guide you through a journey to receive personal insight into your month ahead. I’ll also give personal guidance to several of you on the call (~60 minutes). Each month, you’ll receive (2) new guided therapeutic meditation practices- a shorter and longer practice, plus a self-healing process for the Key of the month. (September = Stress & Life Balance).

Listening to a guided therapeutic meditation practice daily is an important tool for your journey to full healing and co-creating the life you desire. You can listen at bedtime as you fall asleep, mid-day or after work for a recharge, and in the morning to plant positive seeds for your day (especially useful if you wake feeling anxious or depressed).

The practices will support you to plant the seeds for what you desire, relax your body & mind, decrease negative body symptoms, feel & release emotions, and shift fears & limiting belief systems (this life, past life, ancestors) that are keeping you from taking actions that are in alignment with your true Self.
