About Tanya

Hello, I am so happy you found your way here.

I’m going to share a bit about myself, and if it feels like we might be a good fit, then I would like to talk with you to see how we might walk together on your journey to a healthy body & balanced lifestyle so you can fully live your passions & purpose with abundance and freedom, just like me and the others I have supported. It is so important that we work with teachers, coaches, and mentors that “get” us, have walked a similar path, and are a few steps ahead of us.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin, and have lived in Illinois, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Arizona. I currently live in Sedona, AZ. I am a huge outdoors gal and love to go camping, hiking, and trail running. Traveling is one of my passions. I also enjoy live music, dancing, sushi, and snorkeling.

I suffered with anxiety, depression, pain, insomnia, weight and addictions most of my life. In 2004, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and really hit my “bottom” or “dark night of the soul”. This is when I began my deeper journey of self-healing. I also struggled with the search for my life purpose. Little did I know, having MS was going a part of this. I became an alternative healing and personal growth “junkie”, and after many years of seeking I realized that dis-connection from myself and spirit was the #1 cause and progression of all my suffering and illness.

I combine my Occupational Therapy background, yoga therapy, meditation, mind/body healing philosophy, plus my own personal healing experiences to teach, coach, and support you to heal too. I’ve studied mind/body healing philosophy & teachings of Carolyn Myss, DR. Anodea Judith, and Dr. Mona Lisa Schulz and weave those into my all my programs as well.

I am the creator of Therapeutic Meditation Process and Vibrant Body & Abundant Life. These are the foundation for all of my programs & our journey together. You can find out more here.
